Consultancy for Comprehensive Architectural, Structural, and Electromechanical Design Services with Top Supervision for a 6-storied Multi-Purpose Residential Building

PLANCON provided comprehensive consultancy services for the architectural, structural, and electromechanical design, along with top supervision, for a six-storied multi-purpose residential building at Begum Rokeya University, Rangpur (BRUR).

The scope of services included detailed architectural and engineering design and drawings covering structural and foundation systems; plumbing, sanitary, and drainage works; electrical and solar power systems; mechanical and HVAC systems; fire detection and firefighting; CCTV and security systems; computer networking; public address and PABX systems; and Building Management Systems (BMS). In addition, PLANCON prepared technical specifications, bidding documents, detailed Bills of Quantities (BoQs), and cost estimates to support procurement and implementation.

The building was designed as a green and energy-efficient facility, incorporating maximum use of natural lighting and ventilation, energy-saving technologies, and sustainable design principles to ensure environmental responsibility, occupant comfort, and long-term operational efficiency.
