Consultancy Services for Preparation of Master Plan, Design, Estimation and Supervision of Multi-Storied Building of Different Sizes for Accommodation of CPA 1st Class Officers

To meet the increasing need of housing for Officer, the Chittagong Port Authority (CPA) has taken housing project for accommodation of CPA Officer. For this purpose, CPA appointed Sheltech Consultants (Pvt.) Ltd. in Association with PLANCON for preparation of Master Plan, design, tender documents, cost estimate etc. for the proposed project.
